Service Description
Pregnancy massage is about investing time, energy and money into honoring your body, mind and soul, and the baby you are carrying. It is a time for you to tune into you and baby, calm the mind and explore the soul. This time will be uniquely designed for your body, and focused on providing non-judgmental treatment which emphasizes stress reduction, your and baby's safety, focus areas, pregnancy discomforts and any other safety considerations. 90 minutes allows for additional time for even more specific work on focus areas, or simply longer time throughout different areas of the body. You will always be invited to identify areas you would like to avoid.
